Today was a very special and long anticipated day because Tyler lost her first tooth! Her permanent teeth have been coming in for a couple months (the lower 2 center teeth, behind the baby teeth [she looks a little like a shark with 2 rows of teeth]) but the baby teeth weren't really loosening - that is until she tried to open a can of Play-Doh with her teeth yesterday. The can slipped and loosened the tooth most of the way. After two days of painful jiggling, the tooth came out (with a little 'encouragement' from Dad) during careful brushing. We're spending the night at Auntie Kim's tonight, so Ty decided to wait until tomorrow night to put the tooth into her special Tooth Fairy pillow at home.
