Tyler has been very reluctant about learning to ride a bike until last week when we were camping with the McGowans in Holland, MI. After watching Logan and gobs of other kids riding around the campground for a day or two, she asked if we could get her a bike so that she could learn. This really is the first time that learning to ride was her idea, so Daddy, Uncle Jimmy, Logan and Tyler were off to rent her a bike so she could learn. After about a day and a half (and a lot of Uncle Jimmy patience and Logan leadership), she was off and riding like a champ.
Learning to balance
Trying to stay upright
This bike riding stuff is tiring!
A little askew!
Still a little jiggy
She's got it!
We've been home for two days now and she can't get enough of riding her bike! She said, "I didn't realize riding a bike would be this fun! It's a blast!"
Thanks Uncle Jimmy for teaching her and being so kind, patient and supportive while doing so. We all really, really appreciate it!!!
